These are new decals, Decals are mint new like mint condition from new manufacturers packs.  Sold "as is as pictured". I am selling out my collection so most do not have duplicates (a few do).If you open any kit or internal bag, it is considered SOLD with no returns. Thanks for looking, have a great day.
Pickup policy. Yes, you can pick up kits and pay by cash (ebay legal). NOOOOOO I will NOT rip you off for a fee like the resellers to pick it up. However, I do EXPECT you to stay at least 1/2 hour, have a FREE cup of coffee or a FREE pop, some FREE cookies (Oreos baby!) and to discuss model kits! I have built almost every military kit offered from 1955 to 1975 at least once, mostly the USA MFG and hasegawa. But it you are even an (UGH) car builder, I know them pretty well too and enjoy them also.

No returns. Some people have gotten to the "remove parts and return" kits as "incomplete", stealing from the sellers. All kits sold "as is, as pictured", no exceptions (Ebay makes me say this).
Please note, I am selling out my model kit collection, not selling "shipping for profit" like some scumbags do.  I offer a flat rate to anywhere in the USA lower 48 (hawaii and Alaska, you will be charged actual costs of shipping), so if you live in the North East you pay more, if you live on the left coast you pay less than actual.
