This is a vintage adult pro built Monogram 1/72 A-10 Warthog Military Plane Model.
Built from the 1983 release of this kit.
I did not build this. So the information provided is based on what I know of the original builder provided to me by his family. Many of his builds were done over the course of the last 30 years.
This was used as part of a much larger, room sized military airbase diorama. This is beautifully done and nicely detailed. Built clean with NO glue marks. has been nicely detailed and heavily detail painted all throughout. Nothing is broken or missing on it that I can tell. Has a clear “hidden” tail prop/kickstand added to the back underneath to help this to sit level on the table as the plane is back heavy and would not sit level on its landing gear without it (see photo).
Does not use its original kit supplied decals. The original builder used aftermarket decals to build it to his tastes and to represent it being based out of Massachusetts. Comes with its original directions.
The body measures 13 inches long. The wing span is 14 inches wide.
This displays beautifully and makes a great shelf model. would make a great addition to anyone’s military collection.

I have an excellent track record of shipping built kits undamaged. But due to its extremely delicate nature, some parts may come loose or break during shipping. I am NOT held responsible for anything that may break or come loose during shipping as it completely out of my control once it leaves my hands.
I HIGHLY advise that you do not bid on this if you do not have the ability to repair it should something be broken or damaged upon arrival.
IF for whatever reason this shows up damaged beyond repair and you want a refund , you will be required to show proof of damage and to ship the model back to me before a refund is issued.
The higher than normal shipping cost is because of the much larger oversized box this will be shipped in to help protect it.
