Buyer is responsible for all software licensing. We are a hardware shop only and do not sell software.
Warranty
All items we list on eBay are warranted against defect and DOA. Express Computer Systems offers a 1 Year Parts Replacement Warranty on all Systems. This is a limited warranty and we do not guarantee compatibility with your hardware and/or software. Some systems still carry Dell warranties which are transferable please call for more info.

Return Policy
Defective items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of goods. Buyer pays for return shipping. No returns accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Shipping costs are non-refundable and there is a 20% re-stocking fee for all non-defective items returned.
