This is first episode of 4th season and has the standard three hole punch with brass fittings.  This revised shooting draft script is 89 pages long from 20/7/07 and is just like the script the actors received.  There is a water mark on the center of each page but it does not affect the readability of the script.  Now you can read along to all of the great lines in this TV show.
