RETURNS
Group Medical Supply accepts returns on most items if returned within 30 days of receiving the order. You must contact us for an authorized RA Number. All returns to us are to be in new, resalable condition containing all of the original packaging and accessories. Returned items that are not in condition to be re-sold are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The only items we do not accept returns on are any items that may have come into contact with blood or other bodily fluids. Buyer pays return shipping.
