Piece is unmarked; not unusual for the timeframe and product line.
Glows appropriately under blacklight as shown in photos.
Measures 7 1/2" diameter at base x 10 1/2" diameter at outer rim edge.  Stands 3/4" high.  8 1/4" diameter inner rim edge.
