1979 Vintage Lot of 2 - Large 10.5" X 7.5" Hardbound Books By The National Geographic Society -

Trails West
- published in 1979 by National Geographic Society - brown hardback with embossed logo of wagon, oxen and men pulling on ropes.  Very Good condition - has slight worn spot or tear on front page - see photos.  Six chapters discussing 6 different trails used in settlers going west - Santa Fe Trail, Oregon Trail, Mormon Trail, California Trail, Gila Trail & Bozeman Trail-208 Pages.

Mysteries of the Ancient World

published in 1979 by National Geographic Society - red/brown hardback with embossed logo of chariot and riders chasing deer.  Very Good condition.  Sections discussed include Ice Age Hunters, Egypt's Pyramids, Ancient China, Easter Island and several other ancient mysteries-224 Pages.
Both Books are in very good condition with no tears or rips.  They do have some worn edges due to being vintage books.
