TEC blue engineering two point pencil (K188)

Description

TEC blue two point drafting pencil. Fluted sides. One side has the pointed thick lead in the chamber while the other is empty. Screws apart as designed. The white band has the owners note "HB" in ball point ink. First one of these I have found.
K numbers are the summer of 2022 picks.
