This listing is for a vintage Watonga Cheese Festival Cookbook, Eighteenth Edition (from approximately 1996).  It includes over 170 pages of recipes which were entered in the Cheese Food Contest, held in conjunction with the Watonga Cheese Festival, in Oklahoma.  There are all kinds of recipes featuring cheeses, for main dishes, vegetables, breads, desserts, snacks, salads and dressings, as well as an index.  Award-winning recipes are featured at the front part of the book.  This is a plastic-bound book which is pre-owned, in very good vintage condition, with no noted torn pages and very minimal wear.  There is a small inscription written inside the front cover.  Please see the photos and feel free to send a message with questions.  Thank you for looking.
